From Bean to Cup

Our coffee follows a 100% artisanal process, respecting strict ecological standards. Each bean is hand-picked at its exact point of ripeness, carefully selected by weight, size and shape, and dried on sieves in the shade. Finally, it is roasted in micro-batches, guaranteeing freshness and exceptional flavor in every cup.
